Looking for some fancy footwear custom-made to your own style and preference? Look no further than Undandy for bespoke brogues and laudable loafers.

Let’s face it – footwear is frustratingly conservative. Walk into any high-end boutique around the world and you’re unlikely to tell it apart from any other when it comes to their styles of shoes.

It’s this realisation that inspired Portuguese pals Goncalo Henriques and Rafic Daud to launch Undandy in May 2014, delivering custom designed shoes in more than two billion combinations. Yes, that’s two billion.

Customers can visit the website and choose to customise designs for classic shoe and sneakers styles, taking control of the sole, shape, materials and colours. Fancy some suede, pink-toed Chelsea boots with glossy blue patent leather backs? Of course you do, and Undandy can realise those daring dreams.

In July 2014 they partnered with a manufacturer in São João da Madeira, a city that hosts some of the best shoemakers in the world, to produce the handmade, bespoke shoes.

Buying online may strike fear into some fashionistas, but the company has invested in customer care to guarantee a response to any customer enquiries within two hours via live chat and traditional telephone.

Ordering your pair of out-of-the-ordinary Oxfords or devilishly different Derbys could not be simpler. Just choose from shoes or sneakers, a toe style, shoe model (including full range of brogue), colours, materials (leather, suede or patent) and lastly, of course, size. Undandy will do the rest, and have your shoes shipped free of charge within 10 days.

Don’t be put of by some of the rhetoric on the website – if you are looking for a pair of shoes that are as individual as you are, Undandy could well be what you have been waiting for. As they say, you too can be ‘Conspicuously inconspicuous’. As we say, add some Undandy to your dapper.
